This has been a long-awaited necessity…

The Online Retreat was born out of the frustration of our founder, Helen Richards, who served in the Royal Navy and within the police. Realising there was a massive lack of wellbeing and colleagues were under huge amounts of stress, she started her own corporate massage business. Within 7 years she had worked with over 300 organisations across the UK.

Sadly, many of the public organisations, emergency services and charities she spoke to were unable to afford wellbeing for their employees. The Online Retreat is a solution to this problem, opening the opportunity for companies from all sectors to provide their employees with up to date, relevant information, and support on a huge range of well-being topics.
